1. Size Exchange Eligibility
We take extreme care to ensure all products arrive in pristine condition. If your Thobe or Kufi cap does not fit perfectly, we offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered.
- Original tags and luxury packaging must remain attached.
- Fragrance oils & Ittar bottles are non-returnable once unsealed for hygiene and purity reasons.
2. How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please contact our support concierge with your Order ID, unboxing photo, and your preferred replacement size.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Parcels
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours with unboxing photos. We will immediately dispatch a brand-new replacement parcel at no additional charge.
